EverCompliant is looking for a talented Account Manager to join our Customer Success team.

Our focus is to detect and prevent transaction and money launderers, hidden transaction tunnels and merchant fraud from entering the e-commerce ecosystem. Our innovative cyber intelligence proprietary technologies allow our clients to manage their merchant risk. By gathering extensive risk management information, our customers can reach a conclusive business decision regarding each of their merchants.

What will you do?

  • Own overall relationship with assigned clients, including increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and overall satisfaction
  • Technical and professional customer support
  • Advocate customer requirements and feedback cross-departments


  • Relevant academic background
  • 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success or equivalent position
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Detail oriented and analytical
  • Comfortable with dynamic work schedule
  • Availability to travel upon need
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Fluent English, written and verbal
