EverCompliant is looking for a talented Customer Success Manager to join our customer success, team.
EverCompliant is a leading provider of Cyber Risk Intelligence and Transaction Laundering Detection and Prevention. Our focus is to detect and prevent transaction and money launderers, hidden transaction tunnels and merchant fraud from entering the e-commerce ecosystem. Our innovative cyber intelligence proprietary technologies allow our clients to manage their merchant risk. By gathering extensive risk management information, our customers can reach a conclusive business decision regarding each of their merchants.
- Launch, train and support new customers with integration and maintenance of our product.
- Ensure customer retention and satisfaction by establishing long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Providing technical and professional support while ensuring the quality of customer service, and maintain client’s high satisfaction.
- Act as customer advocate inside the company while effectively collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs.
- 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction and retention
- Dynamic and flexible with work schedule, including travel if needed
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software
- High proficiency in written and verbal English – A must. Other languages – advantage
- University level degree, B.A. or above
