Ron Teicher, Founder and CEO, has led EverCompliant from inception to become a leader in the field of merchant based fraud and transaction laundering detection. Today, EverCompliant serves some of the world’s largest financial intuitions and payment providers. Prior to EverCompliant, Ron led the compliance product initiatives at Watchfire (acquired by IBM). Ron holds a B.A. in Business and IT, and an L.L.B. from IDC, Herzlia.
Noam Rabinovich, Founder and CTO, has a diverse technical background in leading, designing and developing enterprise systems. Noam has developed proprietary technology for EverCompliant that classifies the entire internet. Prior to joining EverCompliant, Noam led several innovation projects with a focus on algorithmic trading and data mining. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Economics from Tel Aviv University.
Raz Abramov, Founder and CTO, IL, joined EverCompliant following a tenure serving in the Israel Defense Forces’ Elite 8200 Intelligence Unit. Raz is a security expert and has many years of experience in research and development in various fields, including vulnerability assessment and network protocols. Raz holds a B.A. in Computer Science from the Open University of Israel. and a M.Sc. in Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University.
Danny Klein, COO, has stacked up over 15 years of experience in the fintech industry focusing on financial crime and compliance risk management technology solutions. Prior to joining EverCompliant, Danny opened Matrix’s EMEA office in London and Hong Kong and spent several years expanding NICE-Actimize’s presence in Asia Pacific. Danny holds a B.Sc. in Bioinformatics from Ben Gurion University of the Negev.
Joe Bush, CRO, brings a decade of sales experience to the company as a data-driven sales executive who has successfully built and scaled organizations, ranging from early-stage start-up through IPO. He enjoys taking a company to the next level, by developing best-in-class sales strategies and teams who are dedicated to making a positive impact in the world.
Ariela Cohen, VP of Human Resources, has held organizational development and HR roles in global technology organizations for many years. Prior to joining EverCompliant, Ariela was the Director of Organizational Development at CyberArk working through the start-up phase to IPO. Ariela holds a BA, Psychology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and a MA, Industrial Studies from Tel Aviv University.
Yaron Chattah, VP R&D, has more than 15 years of experience in building and leading R&D organizations in several startup and enterprise companies and has vast experience in building high scale SaaS platforms. Prior to joining EverCompliant, Yaron served as the VP R&D of Clicktale (acquired by ContentSquare). Yaron holds a B.Sc. (Cum Laude) in Computer Science from the IDC, Herzliya.
Amit Innes (CPA), VP of Finance, brings extensive experience in senior financial positions for start-up and NASDAQ-traded companies in the B2B SaaS industry. Previously, he was the VP Finance of Upstream Commerce and managed the financial and due-diligence processes of a successful exit. Amit holds a BA in Accounting and Economics from Ben Gurion University, and an MBA in Finance Management from Tel-Aviv University.
Avi is a co-founder of the Viola Group and Viola Ventures, where he serves as a General Partner and leads its FinTech practice. Avi’s investment interests include software, financial services and big data.
Melissa is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Arbor Ventures and has more than 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur and venture investor. Arbor Ventures invests in innovative FinTech start-ups across Asia. Melissa attended Wellesley College and has an MBA in Finance from the University of Florida. She is the author of the paper “Venture Capital Returns and Public Market Performance.” She has been a panelist on the Financial Times Top 50 Women in Asia and a guest lecturer on the Venture Capital Industry.
Joey is the founder of Star Farm Venture, an early stage investing incubator bringing Israeli startups to the U.S. market.
Hans has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. He served as President of Visa, while the company underwent its IPO, at the time the largest in U.S. history. Prior to his role at Visa, Morris spent over 20 years in senior roles at Citigroup, including CFO of the Global Corporate and Investment Bank. He also served as Managing Director at General Atlantic, a global growth equity firm.
Scott is a founding partner of Glenbrook, with a focus on payments innovation, mobile payments and social media in banking and financial services.
